Fundraising

We offer many different fundraising opportunities that benefit individual students’ tour accounts as well as the band booster general funds. Money raised through fundraising goes directly into students’ individual accounts and is only used toward tour. Students in grades 9-12 may participate in all of the fundraising events or just take advantage of those that interest them.

Student credits carry over from year to year, regardless of what band students are in.

Our 2017-2018 fundraising opportunities (grades 9-12) are:

Peach FundraiserPeach order form 2017.  Orders/money are due in band office on or before August 22 (during band camp). Students receive $8 per box sold toward their individual student account. Peaches will arrive the week after Labor Day–exact time and site TBA. Peach chair, Trina Bloemendaal, will be needing help tallying the orders on August 22/23 and with unloading peach truck (exact time and site TBA.) Online Magazine Drive starts today! Students will receive 50% ofyour magazine sales toward your individual tour account. Sale ends September 22. All sales are done online–so you can send this lilnk and password to friends and family to earn money. Ask friends and family to go to www.APMags.com and follow the instructions to purchase magazines. CODE: EDINABAND (one word, all capital letters–required for proper credit.)

Charles Lazarus Music Gift Cards–details coming soon.

Wreath/Poinsettia Sale–More details coming soon. Chair or co-chair needed. Sales begin in October. Products delivered the week before Thanksgiving break. Student credits vary according to items sold.

Silent Auction–held in February during all 5 nights of Pops Concerts. All proceeds from the Silent Auction go to the general band fund–not individual student accounts.
